Clear answers on plans, credits, and setup
Everything here follows one pricing model: workspace plans, operational capacity, credits, setup, and shared monthly usage.
Pricing
ThreadLogic is sold as a workspace plan. Your plan determines how much business work your workspace can support through active automations, credits, and monthly usage, and every plan includes access to ThreadLogic AI Employees and automations.
No. All plans include access to the full library, and each automation uses credits based on complexity. Your workspace plan determines how many automations can run at once and how much work they can handle together.
Credits measure automation complexity. Most automations use 1 to 3 credits, and your plan includes a total credit allowance that you can allocate across the automations you activate to cover different jobs in the business.
You can upgrade your workspace plan to increase capacity. ThreadLogic guides you when limits are reached, and there are no hidden charges or automatic upgrades.
Yes. Upgrades are available anytime, and downgrades require your current automation usage to fit within the new plan limits. Plan changes can take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle depending on the billing flow in use.
Yes. Most customers start with a few core automations inside one workspace plan. You can add more AI Employees, automations, and capacity as your needs grow.
Setup & Onboarding
Yes. ThreadLogic charges a one-time setup fee per workspace to cover configuration, integrations, approvals, and launch readiness. More advanced implementations may require expanded scope.
You will select your plan and complete a guided onboarding flow. From there, you choose the AI Employees and automations you want active, configure key details, and launch the workspace so work can start being handled automatically.
Most workspaces are set up within a short onboarding session. Basic setups can be completed the same day, while more advanced configurations can take longer depending on integrations and setup scope.
Many automations begin working immediately after setup. Most customers start seeing activity and early results within the first day, and value grows as more operations are activated.
No. The onboarding flow guides setup, and ThreadLogic handles the automation logic behind the scenes. Your team focuses on goals, approvals, and the work you want handled.
Usage & Limits
Yes. Each workspace plan includes monthly usage allowances, and additional usage can create overage charges. ThreadLogic notifies you before you reach important limits.
Yes, within your plan capacity. If a change would exceed your current credit or automation limit, ThreadLogic guides you to upgrade first so more work can be handled.
You can upgrade your workspace plan to increase capacity as demand grows. That gives you room to activate more AI Employees, run more automations, and cover more operations across the business.
General
ThreadLogic helps SMBs run operations with AI Employees and automations inside a managed workspace. It is built for teams that want more work handled without losing visibility, approvals, or control.
No daily management is required. AI Employees run automatically based on your setup, and you can review activity, logs, and outcomes anytime in the portal.
AI Employees follow defined rules and escalation paths. Sensitive or unclear situations are flagged for review, and all activity is logged so your team can see what happened.
Yes. Some automations are fully automated, while others can require review or approval before anything is sent. You choose the right level of oversight during setup.
No. ThreadLogic is designed to support your team by handling repetitive tasks and follow-through. That gives your team more time for higher-value work that still needs human judgment.
Customers typically see faster follow-ups, more consistent communication, improved response times, fewer missed tasks, and better operational visibility. The biggest gains usually come from activating the areas where delays and dropped work happen most often.
You can still get started. ThreadLogic can operate with minimal existing systems, and the setup process helps configure what is needed so you can start simple and expand over time.
ThreadLogic can connect to common business tools like CRMs, inboxes, calendars, phones, billing systems, and communication platforms. More advanced connections can be configured when your setup needs them.
ThreadLogic is designed for SMBs that need operational relief. It fits service businesses, sales teams, support teams, finance operations, and broader back-office work that benefits from reliable follow-through.
ThreadLogic processes data only to run the services you request. Customer data is not used to train models without explicit permission.
The portal is the customer-facing control layer for visibility, approvals, and capacity management. It is included so your team can see what work is active and how the workspace is performing.
The can help if you still have a question after the FAQ. It is there to answer quickly and point you toward the right workspace plan, setup path, or the best way to cover the work you need handled.
